Processing Time

All of our glitter gels are handmade with care.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Mango's Hair Glitter is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

While we are happy to help you locate your package, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with a broken or damaged jar, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The damaged product
• The shipping box
• The packaging materials

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
